Kendriya Vidyalaya Silvassa is sponsored by the Administration of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. It is the Civil Sector School, dedicated to shape up the mind of young ones at par with the National and International Standard of Learning.

The Vidyalaya was established in the year 2000 (on 12.08.2000) with just the Primary classes. With the introduction of standards VI to XII, it has become a full-fledged Centre of Learning. In Higher Secondary classes, students get admission according to their eligibility in Science, Commerce and Humanities to study and self-determined development as per their interest.

The Vidyalaya is located in the heart of the City and is been provided with 2 acres of land by the UT Government for which the Principal, Teachers, Staff, Parents and all the students are grateful to the UT administration.

The Vidyalaya is well equipped with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography and Computer Laboratories. It is also furnished with a Library, an Audio-Visual room, P.A. System, Sports room and a Medical Room.
